Misty Connella, LMT, CCT

Owner & Pain Relief Specialist

After getting certified through the University of Alaska in May of 2004, Misty immediately went  into the medical massages field. Starting her practice in a Chiropractic office, she assisted clients recovering from auto, sports, and work related injuries. Misty soon traveled to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2005 where she enjoyed a multicultural setting while supporting the spirit of aloha. There she found herself in a Spa atmosphere, where she could still provide her clients with therapeutic massage, while expanding into relaxation and spa techniques.

Her desire to be closer to family and nature, along with enjoying four seasons, drew her to North Idaho in 2007. She soon fell in love with North Idaho and has no plans to leave any time soon. She is happily married, has 3 children, 2 dogs and a cat. She enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, knitting, music, gardening, micro brews, wine, finding natural healing through food, exercise and self-care.

Misty Keeler, LMT

Pain Relief Specialist

Misty was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene. An actual native! She has watched as our small, hidden lake town grow. Prior to 2008 she worked in customer service, studied fine art, marketing and graphic design.  In 2008 she was looking for a change and enrolled in an introduction to massage therapy class at the American Institute of Clinical Massage (AICM) in Post Falls, Idaho. She never woke up thinking she’d want to be a massage therapist, but after learning techniques and working on clients in the student clinic she found her calling! She feels like massage chose her!
In 2008 she was certified through American Institute of Clinical Massage with additional certifications in La Stone Therapy, Lomi Lomi.  She also received her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2009.  She is currently continuing her studies in medical massage, as well as cupping and aromatherapy.  She has many years of experience in clinical massage working out of a chiropractic office and helped many people rehabilitate injuries. She is honored to have the ability to help people manage stress, facilitate post injury and post surgery issues, and promote general well being.    She has a passion for healing and believes healing comes from within.  Her focus is on her clients self care and the little things that can improve their lives.  Even the smallest stretch can make a big difference.  She is here for you and to help you with your wellness journey.
Misty has a lovely family that consists not only of her husband & children but also several fur babies that include 2 pugs, a great pyrenees/anatolian and 2 cats.
She enjoys much of what North Idaho has to offer like archery hunting, passionate foodie and is somewhat of a local historian.  Be sure to ask her where to find a great local place to eat!

Denali Connella, Reiki Practioner

Relaxation Specialist

Denali received her Reiki Certification in February of 2019. She is intuitive, empathetic, can see auras and has an intense passion for helping people.  Helping others discover new things about themselves, uncovering past memories or forgotten experiences to heal from and understand better is one of here favorite things about Reiki.  Through guided energy work she can help each person move forward with acceptance, forgiveness and love.  If you are looking for inner healing and renewal, you will be blessed by a gentle soul to walk you through your healing journey.

On a personal note, she adores all animals, her favorite color is purple. She enjoys anime and going to Japan has long been a dream. She has a small obsession with turtles and one of her pets is a female albino rat name Mr. White. You can often find her beach combing for interesting stuff like broken glass, drift wood, bottle caps and throwing garbage away. She dabbles in photography, mostly nature and animals, of course. She love’s living in North Idaho!   She moved here, with her family, when she was 6 and thinks it is one of the best places to grow up.  She, also, goes hunting, fishing and hiking often, with her family and friends.

Client Testimonials

Misty is an excellent massage therapist. I have been struggling with bilateral frozen shoulder for a number of months and one side has just stopped getting better. After one massage using the myofascial release technique my range of motion has improved greatly and the pain has decreased significantly. What a relief!

Misty worked around my busy schedule and came to my house for my massage. She listened to my concerns and the massage was wonderful. I can’t wait to get another one!
